This notice describes a development build, not a final production privacy policy. Do not upload real customer or subscriber data until hosting, security and processing arrangements have been reviewed.
Responsibilities and data
W Creates Digital Pte. Ltd. (Reg. No. 202450467E) operates SendPico. Account information, workspace content, subscriber details and delivery activity are intended to support the service. Customers remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of subscriber data.
Development email capture
Email generated by the patched account-email service is routed only to an explicitly configured local email sink. Sink messages can contain login links and subscriber details. Use synthetic test data and restrict access to the sink.
Incomplete processing inventory
The upstream code contains integrations with AWS, Cloudinary, Unlayer, Shopify, Stripe, Sentry and PostHog. Their presence in code is not a claim that they are approved or active production subprocessors. Removing or replacing these integrations and documenting actual network requests is a launch requirement.
Rights, retention and contact
Production retention periods, backup deletion, export and deletion procedures, cross-border transfers and privacy contact details require owner approval. The production service must provide working request channels before accepting customer data.
