This local development build is not open for customer registration or production use. These terms require owner and legal review before launch.
Operator and accounts
SendPico is operated by W Creates Digital Pte. Ltd. (Reg. No. 202450467E). Customers are responsible for accurate account details, authorised workspace users and protecting their credentials.
Permission-based sending
Customers must have a lawful basis for collecting and using recipient data and must honour unsubscribe requests. Purchased lists, deceptive messages and abusive sending are prohibited. Sending may be suspended while abuse is investigated.
Content and software
Customers retain their content rights and grant only the rights necessary to provide the service. SendPico branding belongs to W Creates Digital. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences; these terms do not restrict rights under the AGPL or other applicable open-source licences.
Commercial and service terms
Plans, cancellation, support commitments, liability, termination and governing-law provisions must be approved before customer launch. No paid subscriptions or service guarantees are offered by this development build.
